Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully. By using this website, you will be acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

Price: All product prices are quoted in Euro. Postage & Packaging are an additional charge. We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice, this does not affect goods already ordered, processed and awaiting despatch.

Payment: Payments are accepted and processed through PayPal. This is a safe and secure means of payment. We do not see, store or retain any of your sensitive personal information.

 Packaging: To help with costs of packaging and in the interest of recycling, we aim to reuse and recycle as much packaging as we can. We have agreements with local shops on providing and reusing suitable boxes/packaging in support of our efforts to recycle. Therefore you may receive your order in a box with another company's brand.

Shipping: Shipping will be via An Post (Irish mail service). Please ensure shipping details are complete and correct at time of order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address or that get lost in the postal system due to incorrect information supplied by you. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in the postal system for which we have proof of posting. This will be a matter for An Post to deal with. If you require a registered postal service and/or insurance please indicate so at time of ordering. This will incur additional costs. Please ensure you or an authorised person are available to sign for acceptance of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery of your order.

Cancellation: Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you retain the right to cancel your order within the 7 day cooling off period. Refunds will be provided via PayPal within 30 days. If you cancel your order after it has been despatched, please return delivered package unopened and in saleable condition. Please state full contact details and order number in any/all correspondence.

Return of Goods: In the event of being unhappy with your purchase or wrong goods selected for order on your behalf, said goods may be returned by recorded delivery service. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to advise of such before returning. Goods must be returned within 7 days in their original condition, unused and with all seals intact. Only goods in saleable condition may be returned. Refund of product cost only will be made via PayPal. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages: In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours to advise of such, including details and description of damage. This allows us to raise such claim with An Post in a timely manner. Damaged goods may be required to be returned either to us, An Post or your local mail office in order to raise such claim. This will be at our discretion. Replacement goods will be despatched within 3 working days.

Samples: We do not provide products for promotions, trial or testing in full size or sample size free of charge under any circumstances.

Privacy Statement: We do not store your financial details. As we use PayPal to process payments, this information is never visible to us. We do store information provided by you for the processing of orders, such as name, address, tel. no. and email address. This information will not under any circumstances be sold or given to a third-party. We reserve the right to contact you if the need arises regarding an order. We also reserve the right to contact you for promotional and information purposes and if you have signed up to our newsletter. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact use and your details will be removed from our mailing list.

Statutory Rights: These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
